Shipping policy

We know you're just as excited to receive your new pieces as we are to get them shipped out to you! That being said, we ask that you please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. We only ship orders Monday - Friday. We DO NOT ship on weekends or holidays. If an order is placed after business hours (after 5:00pm EST) or on the weekend/holiday, it will be processed on the next working business day. Once your order has been processed, you will be provided with tracking information via the email you provided during checkout.

Twenty-fivechic currently only ships within the U.S. We charge a flat-rate shipping cost of $8.00 for all orders. We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by shipping couriers or weather conditions. Twenty-fivechic is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please be sure you are inputting the correct shipping address when checking out as this CANNOT be changed once your order is completed.

Twenty-fivechic is NOT responsible for packages once they have been shipped. If your order has a status of delivered, but you have not received it or believe it was lost or stolen please file a claim with USPS. By completing a purchase with Twenty-fivechic, you are agreeing to our shipping and delivery policy.
