Refund policy
Twenty-fivechic has a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to return it. We only issue returns in the form of STORE CREDIT. The store credit will be sent in the form of an E-gift card. Returns can take up to 7 business days to process once received. Without proof of delivery, we will not be able to process your return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.
We are NOT responsible for postage fees for your return. We do not provide return shipping labels and the original shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
All sale items are final sale. Jewelry, hats, belts, headbands, and purses are all FINAL SALE.

Damages and issues
Your business is very important to us! Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@twenty-fivechic.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Due to the nature of our business we do not offer exchanges. We can not promise that the item/size you want to exchange will be in stock at the time of your request to exchange. We highly recommend making sure to get the right size and color before checking out.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded in the form of a store credit E-gift card.
